We Can Create Photographic Prints From Almost Any Video Source. We can create photographic prints or digital files from almost any video source. If you missed some of those special shots at your wedding we can help. Videotape offers a large selection of material to choose from. One second of video contains 30 images, one minute of video contains 1800 images, and one hour of video contains 180,000 images. Digital sources usually produce higher quality images, VHS and other analog tapes will produce images of lesser quality. Not every frame of video would make a good still print, but there is a lot to choose from.

This is a great way to preserve these great family movies for the next generation. * 8mm &16mm Movie Film To DVD or Video Tape Transfer Service. * Your film is checked by hand, then cleaned and lubricated and assembled on brand-new 400 ft. film reels before it's transferred. * Bad splices and broken film will be repaired to insure no breakage occurs during transfer. Your film is returned on the reels and the old reels and boxes are also returned to you. * Enlarging the gate so the entire frame of the film is used, which increases the image captured by as much as 40 percent. * Synchronizing the film speed to the shutter speed of the CCD to eliminate film flicker. * Capturing the image directly to DVD makes movie film images appear remarkably sharp and colorful. Using digital editing to eliminate film leader and unexposed footage makes the movie more watchable. * The end result is a better home movie experience on DVD than was ever available on a movie projector.

If you have old audio recordings on audio cassettes or LP, as well as reel-to-reel audio tapes that you cannot play because you no longer own that type of equipment, let Foster Video create backup copies on CDs. We can also capture the audio from the following videotape formats: vhs, s-vhs, vhs-c, s-vhs-c, 8mm, HI8, D8, miniDV. If your audio is longer than 80 minutes (the capacity of 700 MB disc) we'll continue the audio on another disc. Prices are for one source, audio cassettes, LP, or reel-to-reel audio tapes. We can also divide the audio into separate tracts. We also can combine different audio sources into one CD, or remove or rearrange part of the audio, or any combination or scenarios.

Kodak has announced that they will no longer provide service or parts for 35mm slide projectors, so it time to get your 35mm slides converted to digital images and burned to DVD. We can include audio from a number of sources to be included on your video production, we can mix the audio from the original tape with additional audio. We can make as many DVD copies of your finished video as you may need, and we can do custom packaging for you.
